Ferm Leaf Mitts 8ply Knitting Pattern

Worn with the fern leaf design on the top of mitt or to the side - Instructions given for both options.

Size: Circumference: 18cm to fit palm size up to 23cm including thumb 
Length: Short - 19.5cm [7.3/4”] | Long - 23cm [9”]

Note: If you prefer a larger looser fitting mitt, use 3.75mm US[5] needles. This will increase the circumference to 19cm (to fit palm size up to 25cm including thumb) & the length to: Short 21.5cm, Long 25cm, depending on the actual thickness of yarn used. Best to have a bit more on hand, particularly is knitting the long mitts.
Yarn: 50gm 100m 8ply yarn - Short 1 ball | Long 2 balls
Needles: 3.5mm straight needles
Suggested yarn: Crucci Aella Alpaca/Merino 8ply or Crucci Luxury Merino Crepe 8ply
