BC81 Augusta Cardi and Hat

A simple V neck garter stitch stripe cardigan, teamed with a garter stitch hat. A good basic pattern to add to your collection, instructions for a boy and a girl.

The hat has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles.

Size: 0-3 | 3-6 | 6-9 | 9-12 | 12-18 months
Yarn: 4ply Merino 50g balls - 2 | 3 | 3 | 4 | 4
Other requirements: One pair each size 2.75 mm & and 3.25 mm knitting needles and one set each size 2.75 mm and 3.25 mm double pointed needles (if using for hat), stitch holders, and 4-5 buttons.  
Suggested yarn: Ashford 4ply merino or Crucci Luxury Crepe 4ply
